Anthony began his career at Trammell Crow Company (TCC) in Dallas, Texas in 1995. He relocated to Houston in 2003 to build and manage TCC’s Tenant Representation business, where he remained until starting Fritsche Anderson Realty Partners in 2007. Over the course of his career he has closed more than 5 million square feet of commercial lease and purchase transactions in Houston, Dallas and across the United States.

Anthony has served as a Board Member of the Houston Office Leasing Brokers Association, has been recognized as a Top 20 broker in Houston by the CoStar Group, has held membership in the Leadership Council of the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors and has received brokerage designations as a “Top 35 Under 35” and as a Young Professionals Heavy Hitter. 

He has served as a head coach of youth sports in the Spring Branch Memorial Sports Association, on the Board of Education at St. Mark Lutheran School and on the Board of Trustees at Houston Christian High School. He and his wife Julie have two children, he is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance.
