STR Marketplace has leased space for a new office in the Galleria market in Houston.  STR, which builds and operates marketplaces in partnership with sports teams and venues, operates the world’s largest set of websites for seat location transfers.  The firm will occupy its new headquarters office at 2000 West Loop South in the Spring of 2024 and was represented by Jim McGonigle and Anthony Fritsche with Fritsche Anderson Realty Partners.  Fritsche Anderson is a Houston-based commercial real estate firm specializing in the representation of office and industrial space occupiers in Houston and across the United States.
