Massey Art Park purchased a 5,000 square feet industrial warehouse facility at 2012-2016 Center Street in Sawyer Heights. The property, which includes 20,000 square feet of land, sold for $1.7 million. Brandon Wuntch with Fritsche Anderson Realty Partners represented the tenant in the purchase.
