EnCap Investments has signed a new lease for 36,460 square feet of office space at Moody National’s Village Towers II (9655 Katy Freeway). The private equity firm was represented by Fritsche Anderson’s David Anderson and JLL’s Matt Trozzo. Fritsche Anderson Realty Partners is a Houston-based commercial real estate services firm specializing in the representation of office and industrial tenants in Houston and across the United States.
