DeepTech Solutions, a Houston-based oil and gas exploration firm, has signed a new lease for 4,804 square feet of office space at 16225 Park Ten Place. Fritsche Anderson’s Margaret Ann Cook represented the tenant on the lease, and Evelyn Ward of Transwestern represented the landlord.
