McGinnis Lochridge is the latest law firm to announce it will move its local office into 609 Main at Texas, a downtown office tower that Houston-based developer Hines opened in 2017. The firm's Houston office currently is at 711 Louisiana St., suite 1600. The move will be official Sept. 4, and McGinnis Lochridge will occupy 14,000 square feet at 609 Main St., suite 2800, according to a press release. Anthony Fritsche with Fritsche Anderson Realty Partners and HPI Tenant Advisors represented McGinnis Lochridge in the new lease, per the release. Houston-based Tramonte Design Studio designed the new office. Michael Anderson and Damon Thames of Colvill Office Properties handle leasing for 609 Main, according to the building's website.
