Aker BioMarine signed a new lease for 67,485 SF of climate-controlled warehouse space at 1170 Silber Rd in Northwest Houston. The Norway-based company is a leader in the biotech industry specializing in harvesting and production of krill products. Aker BioMarine’s operational efficiency will improve by moving most of their storage requirements to this off-site location. John Milam and Sam Pouns with Fritsche Anderson Realty Partners represented Aker BioMarine and John Kruse with Holt Lunsford handled negotiations for the landlord.
