Colony HB2 Energy (formerly Haloroc Technologies) has signed a new lease for its Houston headquarters at 2777 Allen Parkway in Midtown Houston. The long-term lease for the majority of the 6^th floor will help support Colony HB2’s growth plans for years to come. David Anderson of Fritsche Anderson Realty Partners represented HB2 in the lease, and Elliott Hirschfeld with CBRE represented the building owner.
