Legacy Trust Company, N.A. has executed a long term lease within their existing address at 600 Jefferson. A tenant of 30+ years in the building, the full service trust company with over $3 billion in assets under administration will move from the Third Floor to brand new space on the Nineteenth Floor. Legacy Trust was represented by David Anderson and Jay Cliburn of Fritsche Anderson Realty Partners, and Richard Barbles and Craig McKenna handled lease negotiations on behalf of Stream Realty Partners.
