Diamond McCarthy has relocated to a full floor within their existing address at 2 Houston Center. A tenant of 16 years in the building, the national litigation firm will move from the 15th Floor to new space in the upper elevator bank designed by Gensler Architects. Diamond McCarthy was represented by Anthony Fritsche of Fritsche Anderson Realty Partners, and Debbie Wilson handled lease negotiations on behalf of Crescent Real Estate. Fritsche Anderson Realty Partners is a Houston-based commercial real estate services firm specializing in the representation of office and industrial tenants in Houston and across the United States.
