ABM has signed a lease for approximately 63,000 square feet of office space at 14141 Southwest Freeway. ABM, the leading provider of facility solutions, chose the property due to its high parking ratio of 7.0:1,000 parking and top-of-building signage facing the Southwest Freeway. ABM was represented by David Anderson and Anthony Fritsche of Fritsche Anderson Realty Partners. Michael Sieger and Brad Sinclair with PM Realty Group handled the negotiations on behalf of the landlord.
