Astra Oil Company LLC has relocated into approximately 10,000 square feet of office space at 5847 San Felipe. The global energy trading group relocated from 5718 Westheimer to provide additional space and flexibility for the growth of their Houston office presence. Astra Oil was represented by Tommy Wilson of Fritsche Anderson Realty Partners. Brad Beasley and Clark Thompson with Colvill Office Properties handled the negotiations on behalf of the landlord.
