HealthHelp has signed a lease extension and expansion for nearly 21,000 square feet of office space at 5959 Corporate Drive in Houston. The healthcare management company was represented by Sam Pouns and and Anthony Fritsche with Fritsche Anderson Realty Partners. Elliott Hirshfeld with CB Richard Ellis handled negotiations for the landlord. Fritsche Anderson Realty Partners is a Houston-based commercial real estate services firm specializing in the representation of office and industrial tenants in Houston and across the United States.
