University Lands, an office of The University of Texas System, has signed a lease for approximately 13,000 square feet at CityCentre 5. New to Houston, University Lands is responsible for managing the Permanent University Fund lands and the Trust Minerals. University Lands was represented by Tommy Wilson of Fritsche Anderson Realty Partners. Marilyn Guion and Connor Saxe with Colvill Office Properties handled the negotiations on behalf of the landlord. Fritsche Anderson Realty Partners is a Houston-based commercial real estate services firm specializing in the representation of office and industrial tenants in Houston and across the United States.
