Eaton Corporation (NYSE: ETN) has sublet two floors of office space to Indigo Minerals at 600 Travis Street in downtown Houston.  The space is a portion of the former world headquarters of Cooper Industries, a global manufacturer of electrical products and solutions which was acquired by Eaton in 2012.  Eaton, a power management company with more than 103,000 employees and customers in more than 175 countries, was represented in the sublease by Anthony Fritsche and David Anderson with Fritsche Anderson Realty Partners.  Fritsche Anderson Realty Partners is a Houston-based commercial real estate services firm specializing in the representation of office and industrial tenants in Houston and across the United States.
