HFG, an independent, comprehensive financial planning and wealth advisory firm, was represented by Sam Pouns and David Anderson with Fritsche Anderson Realty Partners. Norm Munoz with Colliers International handled negotiations for the landlord. Fritsche Anderson Realty Partners is a Houston-based commercial real estate services firm specializing in the representation of office and industrial tenants in Houston and across the United States.
